About Me

I’m Joy Rajat Das, a storyteller with nearly a decade of experience spanning journalism, content creation and corporate communications. Currently, as a Communication Specialist at NTT DATA, Inc., I craft impactful narratives that connect people and inspire action. My work includes revamping internal initiatives such as the Internal Career Program and Global Employee Referral Program, spearheading the Employee Perspective Blog Series, drafting leadership communications, and writing award nominations that secured a Gold award at the Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards .

My career began with five years in sports journalism at Deccan Herald, where I covered everything from local matches to international tournaments. I later created wellness-focused content at Soulveda, further strengthening my expertise in storytelling, SEO and digital communications.

Outside of work, I enjoy watching football, exploring new approaches to digital storytelling and finding creative ways to connect with people.
