I’m Joy Rajat Das, a storyteller with nearly a decade of experience in journalism, content creation, and corporate communications. Currently, as a Communication Senior Analyst at NTT DATA North America, I specialize in crafting impactful narratives that connect people and inspire action. From revamping internal programs like the Internal Career Program and Global Employee Referral Program to spearheading the Employee Perspective Blog Series, I thrive on turning ideas into engaging content.

My career journey has been diverse—starting with five years in sports journalism at Deccan Herald, where I covered everything from local matches to international tournaments, to creating wellness-focused content at Soulveda. Along the way, I’ve honed my skills in storytelling, SEO, and digital communication.

Outside of work, I enjoy teaching Japanese, exploring digital storytelling, and finding creative ways to connect with people. For me, storytelling isn’t just a profession—it’s my way of life.
